Rental terms

This is what we confirm to everyone. The binding contract is signed at handover, and it says the same things.

What the price includes

• Insurance.
• Delivery and collection at the agreed address.
• Seasonal tyres for the time of year.
• A walk around with photographs at handover, signed by both sides.

Paid separately

• Fuel. You return it at the level you received it.
• Fines and paid zones.
• The Neringa local charge.
• A second driver.

Driver requirements

The driver must be 18 or older. Bring a driving licence and an identity document.

Payment

Credit card or cash. A credit card is not required.

Trips to other countries

Trips to Latvia, Estonia and Poland are allowed. Send us the route when you book so everything is ready in advance.

Handover and return

At handover we walk around the car together, photograph it, and both sign the same document. On return we compare against those same photographs. That is why disputes about scratches do not happen.

Price

The sum you see when you book is the sum in the contract. Nothing is added at the car.
